Retirement Flats - Queens Court
This is a timber framed building with a Kingspan composite panelled roof fixed to steel top hats in turn fixed to wooden trusses in a butterfly roof arrangement.
The fascias and gutters were manufactured from a PVF2 coated steel. An interesting mix of traditional and modern.
